Message	about it. Don't stress it, people will just take any criticism you have and call you a hater. "If every order has to get escalated to management to get decent service, there's something wrong. Just wanted people to know, because judging by the similar posts all over the place, Russell or whoever talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk by hiring decent people and ensuring they maintain what he claims his standards are." Russell can go back and make everything right all he wants (and props when/if he does), but if he personally knows he will have to, he should correct the problem before it becomes a problem.
